1. Popo Live user's information
To join Popo Live you will have to complete our online registration
form, where we ask you to provide us with information about yourself such as your
name, your gender, your date of birth, and your location details. You also could
provide other details about yourself, but these are optional. Because you
control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by
accessing your “Profile” page, which gives you the chance to correct or update
(other than gender) your information at any time by just logging in to Popo
Live.
What information does Popo Live collect?
Once you have created a Profile, you may choose to edit your sex, birthday,
and other information. Moreover, we will automatically track certain
information such as your IP, device information (model, system, MCC), and time zone.
We also collect information about mobile operators, and network information
(4G\3G\5G\WIFI). That information helps us identify your physical location so
that it can be displayed and shared with other users choosing to view
"nearby" users and moments. We may from time to time allow our
employees to use the product for testing and user engagement purposes. For
safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience,
we require users to verify their accounts (because we want to make sure you are
not a robot!) and ask for your phone number. Do not worry! This is only to
make sure you are real and breathing! We will not use your phone number for
marketing purposes, only when you submit a Popo Live account, will your phone
number be provided. When you use our Service, your position, microphone,
and phone camera shall be used upon your explicit authorization, the certain
log file information shall be uploaded by yourself. All such, information
allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.
How Popo Live uses your information
In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in
this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to: 1. help you
efficiently access your information after you sign in; 2. remember information
so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you

If I put other information about me on Popo Live, what
does Popo Live do with it?
Popo Live is designed to make it easy for you to find, connect, and
interact with other users of Popo Live by posting information about yourself.
When using the App, you should assume that anything you post or submit will be
publicly viewable and accessible, both by Users of the App and non-users of the
App. For example, to make it easier to find other Popo Livers and connect with
them, we have allowed you to share other users' profiles or moments on Facebook.
This feature can be turned off in your settings at any time. You can also use
our instant message function, which allows you to communicate with other users.
We recommend and encourage you (and all our users) to think carefully about the
information they disclose about themselves. We also do not recommend that you
put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names
or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, driver's license
details, and other sensitive information in your Profile that is open to abuse
and misuse. Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on
your Profile such as your religious denomination and health details. While you
may voluntarily provide this information to us when you create your Profile,
including your sexual preferences and ethnic background, there is no
requirement to do so. Please remember that photographs or video clips you post on Popo Live may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where
you upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, you
are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this
public to other users. When you post information about yourself or use messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. If
you post anything inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions of Use, we
reserve the right to terminate your account.
Does Popo Live collect any other personal information about
me?
If you contact our Customer Support team via Feedback info@Popoalive.in,
we will receive your email address and may track your IP address as well as
the information you send to us to help resolve your query. We will keep records
of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from
you about other users (and from other users about you).
Does Popo Live use my personal information for any other
purpose?
We may use material that you post on the open access areas of Popo Live
in advertising and promotional materials on our partner sites and partner

and contacts?
You can choose to invite your friends to join Popo Live to make sure that
they also get the benefits of meeting new people. To make it easier to search
and find friends and acquaintances on Popo Live, users may search for other
users by Popo Live ID. If you want to invite your friends and contacts to Popo
Live, we will send an invitation from Popo Live in your name or you can send an
SMS (if you use our Android or iPhone app) to your friends and contacts
encouraging them to sign up to Popo Live. You can also invite your Facebook
friends to join Popo Live via Facebook invite on Chats and Me view.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an
error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products)
on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as
your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system
version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and
date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as
anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites
that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Popo Live is a global social application operating through servers
located in several countries around the world, including the United States. If
you live in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your data may not provide you with the same protections as you enjoy in your country
of residence. By submitting your personal information, by choosing to
upgrade the services you use, or by making use of the applications available on
Popo Live, you agree to the transfer of your personal information to, and
storage and processing of your personal information in, any such countries and

our control, including your personal information. Popo Live uses reasonable
